Winners for the 2003-04 academic year were selected from among more than 250 campus publications on the College Publisher Network.

Awards of Excellence were given in several categories, focused on statistical website performance, design and business initiatives. Publications have been recognized with an Award of Excellence in the following areas:

  • The Daily Iowan, Best Traffic Performance by a Daily or Multi-weekly
  • The Heights at Boston College, Best Traffic Performance by a Weekly
  • The Lantern, Best Promotional Campaign for a Website
  • The Daily Texan, Best Use of College Publisher’s Development Tools
  • The College Heights Herald at Western Kentucky University, Best Use of Digital Media
  • The Daily Orange at Syracuse University and The Daily Iowan (tie), Best Business Initiative for the Web.
